Refunds & cancellation

This page summarises the refund and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

1. Software subscriptions (EMRpal, TherapistPal Pro, NursePal Pro, Agency Portal)

• Cancel any time. Open the product's billing page (for EMRpal: Settings → Subscription & usage → Manage billing) and cancel in the Stripe portal. No cancellation fee.
• Access continues to the end of the paid period. Nothing further is charged after that.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, including unused time in a monthly or annual period, except where required by law.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled first; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full — email us before disputing with your bank.

2. Continuing-education courses (CEULogic)

• 14-day refund window: a paid course is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not started it.
• A course counts as started once any lesson, quiz, form or certificate has been opened. After that the purchase is final, because CE credit is being earned.
• Free, coupon-covered and sponsor-covered enrolments carry no charge and are not refundable.
• Live webinar and onsite courses: refundable up to 48 hours before the event start; no refund after that, but a transfer to another date may be offered.
• Course access periods are stated on each course page.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@ceulogic.com with the product name, the email on the account, and the date and amount of the charge. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5 – 10 business days.
