Each product has its own site and login. Receipts and invoices for any of them come from Osman Consulting Services, LLC.

Clinicians (PT · OT · SLP): $100/seat/month capped at 120 visits, or $150/seat/month unlimited. Assistants (PTA · COTA · SLPA): $80 capped at 100 visits, or $120 unlimited. $1.20 per visit over a cap. Front-desk and billing staff are free. Multi-clinic rates on request.

Cancel any time from the product's billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except for duplicate or mistaken charges, which we refund in full.
Refundable within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been started. Once a lesson, quiz or certificate has been accessed, the purchase is final. Sponsored or free enrolments carry no charge.
Email info@ceulogic.com with the product, the account email and the charge date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
