Sign in to the product and open its billing page (for EMRpal: Settings → Subscription & usage → Manage billing). That opens a secure Stripe portal where you can change your payment method and download receipts.
Email us with the date and amount before disputing with your bank — we can identify the product and refund mistaken charges promptly.
Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
